• Evaluate procurement duration of all permits and influence to meet desired construction date.

• Coordinate construction schedules.

Budget Management

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to obtain estimates for all aspects of construction.

• Utilize expert judgement and appropriate estimating techniques for complex activities.

Risk Management

• Identify risk and plan the most optimal response.

• Utilize lessons learned document will provide information that reflects both the positive and negative experiences of the project.

Change Management

• Monitor and control project metrics and influence change.

• Implement a procedure for reviewing valid change orders and routing approvals.
